Zoom KD 4 Promo Sample

The Nike Zoom KD 4 Promo Sample offered a glimpse of what to expect from Kevin Durant's fourth signature sneaker with Nike. This pre-production sample shoe is identical to the official release of the KD 4, which debuted in December 2011. It comes with a white, blue and grey colorway, KD branding on the tongue and heel, and the famous Nike Swoosh on the quarter panel. Other highlights include its Hyperfuse upper, Adaptive Fit technology and Zoom Air cushioning.
