Zoom KD 4 'Aunt Pearl'

Kevin Durant honors his late aunt with the Zoom KD 4 ‘Aunt Pearl.’ His aunt, who died of cancer when Durant was 11, is remembered with a pearl graphic across the heel and medial side of the sneaker. The rest of the design reflects the shoe’s association with Think Pink, a campaign that aims to improve the lives of breast cancer patients and their families. The underside of the midfoot strap is inscribed with a further dedication to Aunt Pearl.
