Designed by Eric Avar in response to Bill Bowerman's ever-present question, "Can you make it lighter?" the Zoom Hyperflight Premium first debut in 2001 with a Phylon midsole, double-lasted synthetic leather and bold colorways. Re-released in 2013, the Zoom Hyperflight Premium 'Tiger' goes even bolder, with an orange and black tiger-striped design covering the entire upper. The silhouette's side-panel overlay remains, along with a durable rubber outsole with a forefoot insert.
