On December 3, 2016, adidas released one of its darkest colorways for women, the NMD R1 ‘Ice Purple.’ Its upper is made with black and purple accents which roll around to a heel made with a black-and-white mesh design. The shoe is finished off with gold accents on the front EVA plug and heel tag.
