The OG Free 5.0 V4 was released in 2009, four years after designers Eric Avar and Tobie Hatfield teamed up with Nike to unveil the first Free runner, a shoe that would alter the course of history. Constructed to emulate the barefoot running feel, the women's edition incorporates Nike's iconic 'Bred' colorway featuring a black mesh upper with tonal stitching at the toe, a white rubber outsole for grip below and red accents throughout completing the look.
