Based on the Japanese bullet train, the Nike Wmns Air Max 97 keeps the same design details envisioned by Christian Tresser that made it famous. This women's iteration—released in July 2019—arrives in Pure Platinum textile with reflective, water-ripple piping, tiered leather panels and dual pull tabs. Tone-on-tone logos can be found throughout. A full-length Max Air layer within the midsole and rubber outsole uphold the crisp look.
