This black and Volt Trainer 3.0 Mid is made with a durable Kirum upper that protects the foot from impacts while allowing flexibility in all conditions. The Nike Free 3.0 outsole includes the deep lateral cuts to give the sensation of barefoot movement, and include diagonal sipes under the forefoot for better rotational change of direction. The mid-cut collar is padded for more protection around the ankles, a vulnerable part of the body in many different sport scenarios.
