Displaying bright colors integrated with old-school elements, the Sk8 Hi LX remakes the 1978 original skate shoe without sacrificing its retro appeal. Black leather overlays inhabit the heel, eyelets and forefoot, while a green woven collar and pink side band lend pops of contrast. Iconic Vans branding can be seen in wavy outline side stitching, and the vulcanized white-rubber outsole and sticky waffle traction remain intact to keep riders connected to their board.
