Released along with another set as part of the Vans 2009 fall line, the Sk8 Hi 'Division 1' comes in solid 'Snorkel Blue' canvas for a varsity-inspired look. The shoe gives the 1978 original a school-boy motif, enhancing the nostalgic appeal without sacrificing its core principles of stability, strength and no-slip traction. Paying homage to the company's humble beginnings, the heels have combined '19' and '66' print, and the side stripe branding is executed in raised embroidery.
