Part of a 2006 Reebok Ventilator Koyomi calendar pack featured 12 limited-edition versions of the heritage runner, with each edition representing its corresponding month, the Ventilator Koyomi Kisaragi pays homage to February. The model's signature side mesh panels remain, with a pink stripe overlay that corresponds to eyestays in the same tone. The footcage comes in a chocolate brown leather, with Reebok branding stitched on top. The tongue and heel also feature branding.
