This take on Kevin Durant's seventh signature sneaker, the Nike KD 7 TD, is a low top that comes in kids' sizes. Cave Purple, Hyper Grape, Magnet Grey and Bleached Turquoise comprise the colorway of this shoe, which was designed by Leo Chang and released in late 2014.
