The Nike Metcon Sport adapts to heavy weightlifting and agility moves for a session of CrossFit training. Revealed in April 2019, this 'Gym Red' variant blends neoprene, breathable mesh and synthetic skin on the upper for zonal support. A contrast midfoot strap creates a locked-in feel during explosive releases. The signature drop-in midsole and rubber outsole with a stabilizing tread pattern take on a variety of workouts.
