Metcon 3 'Dark Grey'

Launched in 2017, the Nike Metcon 3 cross-training shoe includes an updated drop-in midsole to improve stability and flexibility in the forefoot. The design is further bolstered by a rubber heel counter and a flat platform foundation, while an abrasion-resistant film around the midfoot helps reduce heat and friction. The Dark Grey, Pale Grey and Volt color palette gives way to a gum rubber outsole.
