In March 2017, Nike welcomed eight young ‘Imaginairs’ to their Beaverton, Oregon HQ to help design grade school sized Air Max Zero colorways. This colorway was designed by Lincoln Markham, host of the popular YouTube channel ‘What's Inside?' which explores the insides of a variety of objects, including sports equipment and balls. His colorway features a metallic silver upper with Aurora accents, a white Swoosh, and green laces. It also comes with an Aurora midsole, a white Air Max unit, and a black rubber outsole. The sneaker dropped in January 2018 alongside grade school sized Air Max Zero colorways designed by Sam Gordon, Annie LeBlanc, Mark Thomas, Sulivan Gwed, Kaycee Rice, Mademoiselle Garcia, and Wang Junkai.
