During his travels to China, Kobe Bryant typically hosts basketball camps for aspiring youth. To celebrate his relationship to Chinese fans, Nike released an exclusive colorway of the Kobe 9. The Kobe 9 'China' features a University Red Engineered Mesh upper with open mesh details and orange Flywire cables. The low top also boasts a unique China-inspired tongue graphic, metallic gold details on the side Swoosh and Kobe branding, and black accents on the laces, heel, and inner tongue.
