Kevin Durant lost his aunt to cancer in 2000 and has been honoring her life with special annual releases of the KD since. In grade school sizing, this KD 7 GS ‘Aunt Pearl’ got its wings in 2015 and features gold accents, pink Flywires, and a signature feathered strap said to signify his guardian angel, Aunt Pearl.
