The kids-sized Jordan Proto 23 TD 'Hyper Royal' comes with a low-profile upper in a lightweight quilted textile, secured by a lacing system and Velcro strap. The colorway is mainly blue, with black accents on the strap, tongue and heel. Inside, flexible bands allow for secure fit, while a foam midsole and textured outsole make for a comfortable step without weighing down little feet.
