With a defining mudguard circling around the upper, the Jordan 11 Retro PS mirrors the design—if not the color—of the adult AJ11 originally released in 1995. When he abandoned his baseball dreams to turn in another dominant season on the basketball court, MJ wanted a shiny new set of shoes for his long-anticipated return. Designer Tinker Hatfield had just the thing—patent leather. Resembling a classic wingtip, the shoe went on to redefine the tuxedo look on Hollywood red carpets.
