Hyperdunk X 'Kay Yow'

The Nike Hyperdunk X 'Kay Yow' honors the former North Carolina State University women's basketball coach who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2009. Released in October 2018, the shoe features a black and Pink Blast colorway, textile upper and a Kay Yow Cancer Fund ribbon on the heel. The sneaker also displays Hyperdunk and Nike branding and comes equipped with a dual-cell Zoom Air system. Completing the style is a herringbone pattern on the outsole to promote traction on and off the court.
