Lifestyle retailer DTLR joined with Boston-based New Balance to launch the November 2017 DTLR x 990v4 Made In USA 'DMV' running sneaker. The upper is dressed in black suede interrupted by cutouts revealing breathable mesh panels. Standing for 'DC, Maryland and Virginia,' the 'DMV' model portrays an overview of the area on the insole and a reference to the Maryland flag at the heel. A reflective 'N' hits the midfoot to call out the brand while black and yellow laces dial in the style.
