In September 2019, Nike tapped De'Aaron Fox for the Air Max 1 GS 'Swipa' as part of an ongoing creative partnership with NBA players. The kid's sneaker draws from Fox's interest in astronomy, sporting mismatched, mixed-material uppers in colors associated with the Solar System and equations on the insole.
