In celebration of the lunar holiday, the Under Armour Curry 7 'Chinese New Year' features a floral collar design that draws inspiration from traditional Chinese ink and wash painting. The rest of the upper is built with mesh and lightweight TPU skins in varying shades of grey. It all rides on a matching grey midsole, fitted with a metallic gold flexible plate that separates the shoe’s UA HOVR and Micro G cushioning technologies.
