The Converse CT All Star Low Top Dr. Seuss takes inspiration from the fun patterns and colors found in Dr. Seuss' story If I Ran the Circus. A patchwork of canvas panels comprises the upper of this low-top All Star, bringing patterns of stars, flowers and circles together with a subtle blue and red color palette. The classic high rubber foxing is incorporated into the design with a red upper stripe and blue lower stripe.
