Superstar 80s

The adidas Superstar, designed by Horst Dassler, debuted in 1969 as a performance basketball sneaker. Its fame skyrocketed when it was adopted into hip hop culture in the 1980s, leading to fashion-forward takes such as this Superstar 80s rendition. This model features a leather upper with multi-directional stripes in black, white, red and blue. The Three-Stripes and shell toe design remain, connecting the shoe to its heritage.
