The brand's roots can be traced back to Tokyo's Harajuku district, a destination for outlandish street fashion. 2002 saw the launch of the coveted Bapesta sneaker, redone through the A Bathing Ape Bapesta FS-001 Low 'Sax Pink' shoe. This rendition features a color-blocked, glossy patent upper with Sax blue, pink and yellow tones. The shoe is supported by a blue cupsole construction.
