AM4TKY 'Tokyo'

adidas' Speedfactory AM line of running shoes uses input from runners and other community members to create performance shoes specific to individual cities. In 2018, the brand called on local runners, photographer Rui Hashimoto and global brand ambassador Mao Mitsui to help design the AM4TKY 'Tokyo' sneaker. A system of digitally mapped tension patches in the knit upper provide a custom fit, with a fused eyestay providing extra support. The upper also is bonded to the Boost midsole to provide immediate cushion.
