Air More Uptempo 'Olympic' 2016 Special Box

In 1996, Scottie Pippen won a gold medal at the Summer Olympics with the Air More Uptempo shoe on his feet. They turned heads with their unconventional design, and the silhouette has since reached icon status. In 2016, Nike released the Air More Uptempo 'Olympic' 2016 Special Box, featuring the same Olympic colorway made with a blue leather construction and perforations throughout for added breathability. The basketball sneaker features the classic large print “AIR” lettering across the side panels, branding on the tongue and toe box, and an exposed full-length Max Air unit. A special box features black and gold detailing, with a large “8” that was Pippen’s number at the 1996 Olympic Games.
