NBA superstar LeBron James premiered his Nike Air Max LeBron 7 NFW 'Red Carpet' sneaker in November 2009 at Madison Square Garden during the Cleveland Cavaliers’ victory against the New York Knicks. The Red Carpet swapped the Flywire upper seen in previous LeBron editions and replaced it with woven textile overlays and an embroidered Nike Swoosh.
