When the Air Max 97 first hit the shelves in 1997, its innovative design was defined by the Air unit in the midsole. The Air Max 97 Supreme builds on the classic, with a knitted upper dressed in white and patent Metallic Silver. A tonal mini-Swoosh is featured at the midfoot. The sneaker also sports a full-length Air Max unit and an adaptive tongue.
