The classic runner gets a modern update in the Air Max 97 LX 'Anthracite Amarillo,' released in February 2019 with a molded, Foamposite-like upper in a gradient colorway. The low-cut profile and wavy design lines were inspired by Japan's bullet trains, as envisioned by Nike designer Christian Tresser.
