The Nike Air Max 1 Ultra 2.0 Essential sneaker takes the lifestyle aesthetic of the AM1 and fuses it with streamlined engineering. The upper is decorated in a Hyperfuse synthetic and mesh textile, a technology that was first introduced in 2010. The composite three-layer material is strengthened with a flexible forefoot, a micro-mesh lining and cored-out Ultra midsole. The Air Max’s traditional midsole is reconstructed with a larger Max Air unit.
