Air Jordan 29 'Year of the Goat'

It wasn’t until the launch of the Air Jordan XX9 ‘Year of the Goat’—released in February 2015—that the silhouette took advantage of its full woven upper, a first for any performance basketball shoe. While the woven construction is inspired by Italian tailoring, the actual design is more reminiscent of a painted canvas. The lightweight upper is supported by FlightPlate, a new pebax moderator plate that houses the Zoom Air directly below the foot for more responsive cushioning.
