The Nike Air Force 1's legacy as a cultural icon began on the hardwood. Designed by Bruce Kilgore and released in 1982, the AF1 was the first basketball shoe to include the brand's Air-Sole cushioning. This rendition from 2001 casts the shoe's upper in a Chocolate hue, with a Straw-colored Swoosh splashed across its side for contrast.
