A kid's-sized version of New Balance's best selling shoe, the 574 Kids 'High Visibility' offers the same features of the adult version, with a mesh upper decked out in red, suede overlays on the midpanel and forefoot, and black overlays on the heel. Also in black, the brand's famous 'N' logo hits the side, and branding also hits the tongue and heel clip. An ENCAP heel clip adds support to the EVA foam midsole, while a rubber outsole underscores the design.
